Johnny Taylor commenced his carpentry apprenticeship in 1994. Following this, Johnny went on to establish the building company now known as Oceanview Constructions in 2002 and has been building stunning custom designed homes and major renovations ever since.

First Home Builders

Trustworthy builder with amazing attention to detail, I’m a Civil Engineer and designed my own house but John and his team provided many excellent design improvements from their years of experience. Oceanview Constructions is better than any project builder because John wanted to make us happy by delivering everything we dreamed of. He was always easy to communicate with and allowed us to be involved every step of the way. If something was too expensive then John took the time to find something similar in budget or he suggested an alternative. We really notice the high-quality workmanship in every detail that has resulted in a home we are very proud to own.

Building with Oceanview Constructions allowed us to enjoy every step of the way through the build process. We had no idea what to expect from a builder, as this was our first experience with the process. After getting prices from the many builders at display villages, it did not paint a clear picture on exactly what we were getting for our money. When we visited Oceanview, John patiently and thoroughly explained all the in’s and out’s of the process from the very start and this continued all the way through our build until handover. At no point did we feel like just a number! John has an eye for detail and is a genuine person who has the best interests of his clients at heart. The quality of all the work from his tradesman is second to none. John always delivered on his word, and gave realistic expectations on timeframes.
